INS-1871G is 37mm diameter double proximity image intensifier tube of ANVIS type applied in various kind of night vision devices which meet well know international standards for AN/PVS-14 and AN/AVS-6 system.
It has multi alkaline photocathode(S25) with 18mm useful diameter and phosphor screen(P20, P22 and P43) with yellow-green emission color placed on fiber optic element which has 180 degree of image inversion.
INS-1871G also includes microchannel plate(MCP) intensification and incorporated power supply unit with bright source protection(BSP) option and automatic brightness control(ABC) mode.
