Ningbo Maximum Machinery Parts Co., Ltd located in Ningbo, the second largest port city in China. Our factory is nearby 329 China National Highway which direct connects to Shanghai and Hangzhou, provides the advantages of transportation convenience and well-developed telecommunications.
Our company established in year 2013 with an occupied area of 10000 square meters, employed with 120 employees and 30 technicians. Our company specialized in producing cashbox bearings, polyurethane bearings, currency-counting machine bearings, bill-sorting machines bearings and parts. 氨酯弹性体是一种介于一般橡胶与塑料之间的弹性材料,既具有橡胶的高弹性,又具有塑料的高强度，它的耐磨性，生物相容性与血液相容性特别突出。同时它还具有优异的耐油，耐冲击，耐低温，耐臭氧，耐辐射和负重隔热，绝缘等性能。
聚氨酯弹性体在整个聚氨酯工业中,其产量虽然不大,但其品种多，加工方式多样，应用领域广泛,是其它品种所不可比拟的。聚氨酯弹性体,按其加工特性不同分为：热塑性，浇注型5混炼型三类。
浇注型聚氨酯弹性体（简称CPU）——是聚氨酯弹性体中应用最广、产量最大的一种；优点是耐温性好，强度高。硬度范围宽广，可极柔软也可极硬。缺点是不可回收，浪费大，加工小产品比较麻烦，成本高，不适合做量少的产品。
热塑型聚氨酯弹性体（简称TPU）——热塑型聚氨酯弹性体约占聚氨酯弹性体总量的25%左右；优点是可以热塑成型，边料可以回收；缺点是比CPU强度差一些，硬度范围窄，不能生产低硬度产品。
我公司生产的点钞机滑轮全部使用热塑性聚氨酯加工工艺，产品硬度为邵氏85A,材料全部使用进口巴斯夫TPU.产品集结了CPU和TPU的优点，自主研发了透明热塑性聚氨酯。外观透明，无毛刺，无飞边，无气泡，耐磨性好，耐油性好，产品密封圈的独特设计使得我们的产品高速运转是不漏油。产品还添加了特有的防老化试剂和耐磨试剂，产品长时间保存不变色。高速运转时和纸币摩擦不粘灰尘。由于产品的透明度很高，所以产品全部使用全新料子。内部轴承我们全使用Z3，P5级的轴承，轴承无噪音，灵活度好。
市场推广一年多来，一直受到业界的好评，此款产品2016年我们还申请了专利。
Polyurethane (PU) elastomer is a type of elastic material which lies in between rubber and plastic. It possesses not only the high elasticity of rubber, but also the high intensity of plastic. It performs outstandingly in abrasion resistance, biocompatibility and hemocompatibility. Meanwhile, it features high oil resistance, high impact resistance, low temperature resistance, high ozone resistance, high radiation resistance, high load capacity and heat & electrical insulation properties.
Although the production output of PU elastomers is not massive in the polyurethane industry, the variety of PU elastomers in terms of types, processing methods and applications are still incomparable by other PU products. PU elastomers can be classified into 3 categories as Cast, Thermoplastic and Millable according to their processing characteristics.
Cast Polyurethane (CPU) elastomer – Has the widest application and the highest output among all PU elastomers; its advantages are high oil resistance and high intensity. Its extensive range of hardness enables it to be extreme soft or hard. However, its disadvantages are non-recyclable and high wastage, processing in small products is complicated and high production costs are the reasons that it is unsuitable for small output products.
Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) elastomer – Is about 25% of the total PU elastomers production output. It can be molded and its scraps are recyclable. However, its intensity is lower than CPU elastomer. It has a smaller range of hardness and unable to produce low hardness products.
Our company produces pulleys for currency-counting machine through the processing technology of thermoplastic polyurethane. This product, with a Shore hardness of 85A, is made of TPU materials which imported from BASF. By combining the excellent characteristics of CPU and TPU, we have successfully developed the Transparent Thermoplastic Polyurethane. It is transparent and has no burrs or bubbles. It possesses high abrasion and oil resistance. The exclusive design of the product seals has effectively prevented the leakage of oil during high-speed rotation. Unique anti-aging and abrasion resistance reagents are added into our products to enhance the color stability of the products during long storage period. No adhesion of dusts on the product when contacting with currency notes during high-speed rotation. To ensure the high transparency of the products, all products are produced using brand new materials. We apply grade Z3, P5 bearings as the internal bearings which create no noise and has great flexibility.
All the while, we have received positive feedbacks for this product after marketing for over one year. This product has been applied for patent in year 2016.
