用途：主要用于大斜度井和水平井完井施工过程中的套管扶正居中，可将套管下入时与井壁的滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦，能有效减少下套管是的摩阻力。此外，右旋的螺旋槽还具有自清洗作用，可以改变套管柱遇阻的受力状态，保证施工过程中的套管顺利下入。滚轮扶正器还可起到清除井壁泥饼，提高水泥浆顶替效率等作用。是一种大斜度井和水平完井施工作业中不可缺少固井附件工具。
工作原理：把滚轮扶正器套在管柱设计位置上，将定位销拧紧，下入井中。当管串进入造斜段和水平段时，管轮扶正器各位置在井眼里将套管柱扶正抬起使其居中，避免套管紧贴井壁，并把套管贴井壁的滑动变为滚动居中器中滚子的滚动，使套管的下入摩擦阻降到最低。
