平心而论,以上易拉罐包装啤酒所有的诸多优点,也正是聚酯瓶兼而有之的,而且聚酯瓶包装啤酒比易拉罐更有许多后者不具备的优点,如:
·包装设备,用于聚酯瓶的,将现有的玻璃瓶包装线经必要的设计变更基本可以兼用(事实上就有玻璃—塑料瓶两用瓶装线),而易拉罐包装则必须要耗费巨资重新购置专用包装设备。
·同样定液位灌装,聚酯瓶与玻璃瓶可以有相同的灌装精度,而易拉罐则由于罐身直径远大于瓶颈直径,因此灌装精度要低得多。
·灌装过程中聚酯瓶和玻璃瓶一样具有较小的瓶口敞开面积,而易拉罐罐口即使将209改为206盖型,也比瓶型包装物敞开面积要大得多(与罐径平方成正比)。为此,易拉罐包装啤酒灌装增氧量比瓶装啤酒高得多。
·聚酯瓶与易拉罐同样不能承受抽真空,都沿用CO2置换来获得低增氧量,但聚酯瓶可以实施长管液位下平稳灌装。啤酒界业内人士历来认为这是一种行之有效的低增氧量的灌装方法。
·聚酯瓶瓶型变换,迎合市场时尚,需求更多样,更便捷。
还可以列举许多聚酯瓶优于易拉罐的地方。结论是聚酯瓶包装啤酒的性价比,大大优于易拉罐包装啤酒的性价比。
国内铝质二片罐的制造始于1985年,先后投资3亿美元引进13条易拉罐生产线,具备年产110亿只铝罐的生产能力。2003年听装啤酒用罐20亿只,约60万吨(千立升),占全国啤酒总产量的2.3%,同比增幅达8%以上,要高于啤酒平均5~6%的年增长率,体现了国内安全、轻量、美观的一次性包装市场,正日益扩大。易拉罐包装啤酒可行,聚酯瓶包装啤酒必然可行!
