Bonding System is the newest technology for joining
edging strips and mounting films together.This bonding process is characterized
by the quality ,strength and accuracy .The typical manpower requirements and
single/double sided tapes for edging strips

2.设备参数：

1.功能：根据客户要求调整参数，通过专利技术生产合格连体片基，成品挂版片基。

5.生产效率：5m/分钟左右。
6.模具为齿状，成型更牢固。
7.粘连时间根据产品质量要求定，粘连时间： 0～9秒（可调）、预压时间： 0～9秒（可调）、保压时间： 0～9秒（可调）
8.送料气缸的行程在200mm，确保可以生产长度为：200mm-5000mm连体片基。
9.机器采用PLC控制。采用气缸送料，保证送料精度；采用分段压合，总长度根据产品需要，设置压合次数，每次压合长度200mm
10.机器只须一人操作，主要负责开机、放料。

2. 压挂版机器工作原理：

1.设置所须加工参数，开启电源。
2.按下启动按钮，伺服系统根据所设置加工参数自动进行。
3.机器正常工作时，粘连完成后机器自动完成设置的任务。
4.送料行程一定要保持挂版条和胶片的位置，否则压合会错位。
