一、产品概述product introduction
失重秤采用静态计量结构、周期循环控制方式，具有极高的计量精度，广泛应用于玻璃、建材、水泥、塑料、冶炼、矿山、化工等行业。

二、工作原理Work principle
失重秤采用周期计量控制方式，设置好周期时间和周期重量，在周期内，首先通过上给料机向计量料斗进料，当进料大于设定重量时，停止进料，微机记录下现在的重量值，然后控制下给料机开始排料，当排料量接近设定重量时，改为慢速排料方式，直到等于设定重量，停止下给料机排料，等待周期结束后，进入下一个周期循环运行，因为计量时处于静态计量方式，所以有极高的计量精度。
